Food for the Homeless & Most Vulnerable

"The highest religion is to rise to universal brotherhood; aye to consider all creatures your equals." β€” Swami Vivekananda

Every third Thursday of the month, Balaji Matha volunteers prepare and distribute meals to homeless individuals and the most vulnerable members of our community in San Jose, California.

This program is a direct expression of our core belief that serving others is serving God. The temple kitchen prepares nutritious, wholesome food that is offered with love and dignity to all who come.

We welcome volunteers of all faiths who wish to participate in this beautiful act of seva. Please contact us to learn more about how you can help.
